Square Enix achieved great success with the third game of the Kingdom Hearts series released last year and is determined to catch the same rise on mobile devices. Defined as a brand new Kingdom Hearts experience, Project Xehanort will come to Android and iOS devices in spring. The publisher announced Project Xehanort with a surprising post on his Twitter account. Also, on the Kingdom Hearts website, “Why did he seek out the darkness?” A promotion was made. The new mobile game will likely explain Xehanort’s submission to darkness and its transformation into the evil character of the Kingdom Hearts series. Square Enix launched the ‘Guess Your Name Campaign’ which will run until Tuesday, January 28, and announced that it will reward those who correctly guess the name of the game, whose code name is Project Xehanort. To win the award, participants must follow the Project Xehanort Twitter account and share their predictions with the #KHNameContest tag. All details about the campaign are announced on Square Enix’s website. Project Xehanort is not the series’ first mobile game. Kingdom Hearts Union X [Cross] offered players the Kingdom Hearts experience on mobile platforms. You can play the game with your friends in real time, and you can meet the popular characters of the series by creating your own avatars.
